Every community begins with a need and ours began with a longing: to be heard, seen, and held. Chapters of Us grew out of many conversations in therapy rooms, classrooms, WhatsApp groups, and chance encounters—conversations about identity, care, silence, neurodivergence, grief, and joy.
Founded by Aarushi Vashisth, a psychologist and researcher who chose to stand at the intersection of listening and healing, this space is as much about community as it is about curiosity. We are educators, queer folks, neurodivergent souls, survivors, wanderers and more. This is not a program. It’s a pause. A presence. A place to just be.
